Challenge and Change: Exploring Leadership in the New World of Work

Traditional leadership and business models are no longer fit for a world transformed by AI. This roundtable will examine the big new questions HR must tackle: how to build organisational bandwidth rather than simply develop individual leaders; how to foster experimentation instead of optimising for efficiency; and how to ensure leadership, culture and organisational design sit at the heart of transformation. Attendees will leave with sharper thinking on how to assess readiness and lead the reinvention their organisations now need.

Meet the Speakers:

Professor Nick Kemsley - Associate Faculty, Henley Business School

Nick is an experienced HR and OD practitioner and recognised thought leader in organisational capability and HR effectiveness. He combines real-world corporate experience to group VP level with a senior consulting career, thought-provoking insights and research through his long association with Henley.

Angus Morrison - Programme Director, Leading in the AI Era, Henley Business School | Founder, Evolve³

Angus is an enterprise transformation leader with over 20 years’ experience delivering large-scale change across organisations including Tesco, Lloyds Banking Group, Virgin Media O2, Unilever and KKR.

His current focus is organisational readiness for leadership in an AI-embedded environment across leadership alignment, operating models and foundational capabilities.

He began his career in British Army Intelligence, which continues to shape how he operates in complex and ambiguous environments.
