Jamie is fascinated by how artificial intelligence is changing what HR and L&D teams can understand and do - from using AI to map skills and capability gaps across a workforce, to personalising employee development and surfacing resources on demand, to the emerging legislative landscape around AI use in recruitment and people decisions. The real question for him is the gap between AI's theoretical potential in HR and what's usable, governable and trustworthy inside real organisations.

He has deeply embedded AI into the build and functionality of QuikAuthor, a leading microlearning platform, and in his work as a consultant supports other businesses with adoption, strategy and utilisation of AI. Over a 25+ year career in edtech, he has held senior roles at EdApp and Degreed, working with organisations including Coca-Cola, Airbus, BMW, Hilton, Yum!, Bank of America and Plan International.
