RPO Market – Insource, Outsource or Hybrid: What are the best solutions?
At a time when flexibility is key to talent supply and management, The HR World held an exclusive Round Table dinner discussion to explore and debate the current RPO arena. The invite-only discussion was sponsored by market-leading RPO & MSP solutions provider Sanderson Managed Services Ltd.
At the forefront of efficient people supply, RPO solutions offer flexibility for organisations seeking to get the right talent into their organisations at the right time and for the right cost. However, there are a host of options around this arrangement, and it is not always easy to understand what is possible or appropriate for a particular situation.
The situation is further complicated today by the impact of the hybrid workforce, a scenario which means workers could be engaged at a distance from the end-users’ office, working irregular hours and within multiple teams. With the evolution and adaptation of employment relationships, the discussion offered a unique insight into how RPO solutions are changing to secure the people and value successful organisations need.
At the event two talent professionals, David Mason, Head of Global TA Delivery at Philip Morris International, and TA expert Jim Richardson, former Global Head of Talent at Santander and RBS, led the discussion, providing an exclusive and valuable insight into the potential of todays’ RPO solutions. They gave a view on current trends in the marketplace, where the market is likely to go and how end-users can make the most of these kinds of solutions.
With examples, case studies and practical suggestions, the event offered a great insight into the current state of this important part of the workforce supply chain and offered new ways for talent to be sourced and supplied efficiently.
